  1. Find yourself a chair or sit on the floor, anywhere comfortable and relaxing.
  2. Sit down and make yourself comfortable and at ease, with the position you’re in.
  3. Close your eyes and take a deep breath in and out, don’t worry about the variables. Take as long as you like.
  4. Breathe in and feel the sensation. The next step, breathe out and feel the sensation. If your thoughts arise, don’t dismiss them or have any judgement of them. Just acknowledge them and go back to your breath.
  5. Meditate for at least 10-mins to find your inner peace and monk-like awareness
