Description
Glucomannan:
This formula includes glucomannan (a form of soluble fibre derived from the konjac root). Glucomannan contributes to weight loss in the context of an energy-restricted diet. This beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3g of glucomannan in three doses of 1g each, together with 1-2 glasses of water, before meals.
Glucomannan also contributes to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels. This beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 4g of glucomannan per day.
Konjac fibre glucomannan:
- has almost no calories
- is naturally high in fibre
- absorbs water in the stomach
- in contact with water, expands and can absorb up to 50 times its weight.
Choline:
Choline is a water-soluble nutrient. It is usually grouped within the B-complex vitamins. Humans cannot produce choline, and therefore must source it through their diet. Choline contributes to normal lipid metabolism. Lipids are fat-like substances found in your blood and body tissues.
Zinc:
Zinc contributes to normal DNA synthesis, normal acid-base metabolism, normal carbohydrate metabolism, normal cognitive function, normal fertility and reproduction, normal macronutrient metabolism, normal metabolism of fatty acids, normal metabolism of vitamin A, normal protein synthesis, the maintenance of normal bones, the maintenance of normal hair, nails and skin, the maintenance of normal testosterone levels in the blood, the maintenance of normal vision, the normal function of the immune system, the protection of cells from oxidative stress and it has a role in the process of cell division.
Iodine:
Iodine contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism, the normal production of thyroid hormones and normal thyroid function.
Chromium picolinate:
Chromium contributes to normal macronutrient metabolism and to the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels.
Vitamin B6:
Vitamin B6 contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity, normal cysteine synthesis, normal energy-yielding metabolism, normal homocysteine metabolism, normal protein and glycogen metabolism and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Citrus bioflavonoids:
Citrus bioflavonoids are plant-derived polyphenolic compounds found in citrus fruits. Bioflavonoids were first discovered in 1936 by Nobel-prize winning scientist and vitamin C research pioneer Albert Szent-Gyorgi, who originally named the group of compounds “vitamin P.”
Raspberry fruit:
Raspberries have a molecular structure that is similar to the structure of capsaicin, a component of capsicum.
Caffeine anhydrous:
Anhydrous caffeine is simply dehydrated caffeine – a powdered version of caffeine. Anhydrous means “without water.”
Green tea:
The green tea used in this food supplement provides 40% catechins and 95% polyphenols.
L-Tyrosine:
An amino acid and a precursor of several important neurotransmitters, including l-dopa, dopamine, norepinephrine, and epinephrine, L-tyrosine is also a precursor to the thyroid hormone, thyroxine (also known as T4).
African mango:
Also known as Irvingia gabonensis, African mango is a tree native to West Africa that grows edible fruits similar to mangoes. The extract from the tree’s seeds is a soluble fibre.
Capsicum:
Also known as red pepper, chillies, cayenne and Capsicum minimum in Latin, capsicum are bright red dried ripe pods and a type of “hot” herb.
Guarana:
A fruit that grows in the Brazilian Amazon rainforest, guarana contains significant amounts of guaranine (a substance that is virtually identical to caffeine).
Siberian ginseng:
Siberian ginseng (Eleutherococcus senticosus, also known as Acanthopanax senticosus) is a small, woody shrub native to south-eastern Russia, northern China, Korea and Japan. Although it is not related to true ginseng (Panax ginseng), the name Siberian ginseng became popular because the two plants shared some similar properties. Siberian ginseng contains compounds called eleutherosides.
Piperine:
Piperine is the alkaloid responsible for the pungency of black pepper and long pepper.
Ideal support for your exercise programme
In this fast-paced, modern age of processed foods, working round the clock and hectic schedules, making the necessary lifestyle and dietary choices to support your ideal weight can be a real challenge. Few of us eat what can truly be called an “optimal diet” every day, and everyone is tempted at some point by fast foods, bigger portion sizes and convenient snacks. The fact is, we are also leading more sedentary lifestyles; sitting behind a desk all day and then in front of the TV at night, which only makes the battle harder.
Unfortunately, many of the popular “fad” diets and weight loss programmes out there are ineffective, because they are based on an unhealthy premise (e.g. drastically reduced calorie intake, the elimination of a whole food group etc). As a result, and because they don’t promote and work in conjunction with a balanced diet and sensible exercise regime, they can even be detrimental to long-term health (and ultimately result in you regaining any weight lost in the short term, plus more).
A healthy diet and keeping active are essential components in, for example, efficiently burning off calories and kick starting your metabolism – they therefore cannot be ignored! Never rely of fads or quick fixes; instead, seek out tools that are going to support your efforts, as part of an all-round healthier lifestyle.

Low energy
Caffeine aids in staying awake and provides a short energy boost, but it is not always the greatest thing to take on a regular basis because it can cause sleeplessness, anxiety, and a rapid heart rate, to name a few side effects.
However, Metabolic Miracle Capsules include caffeine anhydrous, which is a powdered type of dehydrated caffeine. Anhydrous refers to a substance that is devoid of water.
There are diets that help you lose weight but don’t give you more energy, which can damage your happiness and enjoyment of life, but Metabolic Miracle Capsules contain the component glucomannan, which aids weight loss on a low-energy diet. You can enjoy success in life while keeping your weight under control.
Metabolic Miracle Capsules can help with slow metabolism and thyroid functions.
slow metabolism
Metabolism Miracle Capsules can aid in the acceleration of a naturally sluggish metabolism. Ingredients in the food supplement, such as iodine, zinc, and vitamin B6, help to maintain a healthy energy-yielding metabolism. A little modification in your lifestyle might help you burn more calories. Adopting a healthy diet and getting adequate exercise will aid with your weight management. Furthermore, exercise can generate endorphins in the brain, which can improve your mood.
Metabolic Miracle Capsules can help with low energy levels and thyroid functions.
